Dear Allen,
MID published a document which was the responses to comments made during the public comment period regarding the VBE BioMass burning plant.
This document is titled, “Valley Bio-Energy, LLC 33-MW Biomass Energy Project Responses to Comments on the Initial Study Prepared for Modesto Irrigation District, August 2010”.
The Stanislaus Taxpayers Association, under the requirements of the California Public Records Act, Govt. Code Section 6250-6276.48, requests the all expenditures that have been paid to date, and any expenses that have been billed and not paid for preparation, research, printing, and any other expense relating to the above identified “Responses” document, on behalf of the following entities:
1. Valley Bio-Energy, LLC of Modesto, California
2. Reese-Chambers Systems Consultants, Inc., of Somis, California
3. Bay City Boiler/Engineering Co, Inc, of Hayward, California
4. CHZMHILL of Sacramento, CA
