If you didn't hear it in person go to last weeks City Council meeting video and watch Darryl Fair promise to cooperate with inquiries regarding SCAP's buying, renovating, and selling of properties Julie Hannon starts about 14 minutes into the meeting and Fair is after her.
So we stopped by the SCAP office on Coffee road earlier this week to talk in person with management there.
While the Ms. Gibbs was in residence that day she chose not to discuss SCAP's actions. Instead we were give Darryl Fair's email address saying the Board of Directors would handle the requested information.
So we wanted you the public to know we've requested information regarding all of the properties they've been involved in. From who was the agent for the sale, who performed the appraisal, which company performed the renovations, and the bidding process involved.
Not just for the properties the city was involved in but all of their many purchases for the past five years.
We'll let you know their response when we receive it.
