Did Chip Huskey "Witness X" Exchange Testimony for a Better Plea?

Craig Prescott was killed April 11,09 and Chip Huskey was sentenced May 11, 09 there was plenty of time to "Remember" what he might have seen (if it keeps him from having to register as a sex offender maybe even create) in order to have something the DA needed to defend the Sheriff's Department.

While information released to some of the public keeps the truth fuzzy, it appears that the DA and the SO crawled into bed with a child molester to create a favorable witness in the Craig Prescott case.
