The MID Board today chose to terminate the Exclusivity Agreement with Valley Bio-Energy. They also officially terminated negotiations of a Power Purchase agreement and large generator Interconnection Agreement with VBE.
Endsley was bitter during the meeting when he spoke to the Board regarding their up comming vote.The decision was made by a 3 to 2 vote with Cecil Hensley, John Kidd, and Paul Warda voting to terminate the agreements.
We want to thank these gentlemen fort their concerns about the community future and for sticking to their beliefs despite pressure from the outside.
