Civilian Grand Juries are amazing things. Sometimes they get to the bottom of a problem like they did with Hughson, and sometimes they are led down a winding path to nowhere.
The most recent Grand Jury report is available online for our edification. It's not only easy to read but the responses from those involved are included.
Unfortunately as in the case of looking into the Law enforcements use of tazers all we received were the general guidelines the County and the City of Modesto go by.
We are as usual hoping that the new Grand Jury will not accept the D.A.'s version for things and will push for real answers and not just acquiesce to political cover-ups.
